Combining her passion for communication and leadership, Dr. Tracy Johnson founded Phase 21 Solutions, LLC for the purpose of bridging the divide between communication and personal development, as well as the divide between communication and organizational success.

Working in the field of education for over 20 years, Dr. Johnson has served as a Speech-Language Pathologist, an Assistant Principal, a Principal, an Assistant Professor, and a Transformation Coach for the state of South Carolina. She remains a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, as well as an Adjunct Professor in the Speech-Pathology and Audiology department at South Carolina State University.

Dr. Johnson holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership, as well as a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She is a certified educator in the State of South Carolina, where she is also licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology. In addition, Dr. Johnson possesses and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and she is also a certified instructor for the PESL Accent Modification Method.

In her spare time, Dr. Johnson also likes to write and create. Most recently, she became a published author with the release of her book entitled, “In My Element, I Am Me. It is now available on Amazon.com.
